Every rental includes 250 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged at AED 25 per km, billed at the end of the rental.

UAE residents need a UAE driving licence, Emirates ID, residence visa and passport copy. Visitors need a passport, visit visa, home driving licence and — depending on nationality — an International Driving Permit.

Yes. Comprehensive insurance is included on every vehicle in our fleet. Any excess applicable to your rental is stated in writing before you confirm.

Same-to-same. Vehicles are supplied at an agreed fuel level and should be returned at the same level. Salik tolls are billed at cost after the rental.

Yes. Complimentary delivery and collection across central Dubai — hotels, residences and airports. Outlying areas may carry a delivery fee, quoted upfront.

Yes. Weekly and monthly programmes are available on every vehicle with preferential AED rates — request a quote and we will confirm the rate for your dates.

Cancellation, refund and no-show terms are shared with every quotation so the conditions are clear before you confirm.

A refundable security deposit applies per vehicle and is confirmed with your quotation. A no-deposit option (Cardoo) is available for drivers aged 23 and above.
