Clear terms before you drive
Every Prestiva Exotic rental includes comprehensive insurance and 250 km per day. Here is exactly how mileage, deposits, tolls and delivery work.

Policy at a glance
- Minimum Age
- Minimum age is set by vehicle category. Premium, sports and supercars may require a higher minimum age than the standard 21–25+.
- Mileage
- Every rental includes 250 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged at AED 25 per km.
- Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit applies per vehicle and is confirmed with your quotation. It is released after the vehicle is returned and checked. A no-deposit option (Cardoo) is available for drivers aged 23 and above.
- Insurance
- Comprehensive insurance is included on every vehicle in the fleet. Any excess or deductible applicable to your rental is stated in writing before confirmation.
- Salik / Tolls
- Salik gate crossings and other road tolls are billed at cost and settled at the end of the rental.
- Traffic Fines
- Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter, plus an administration fee per fine.
- Fuel
- Vehicles are supplied with an agreed fuel level and should be returned at the same level. Same-to-same is the default policy.
- Delivery & Collection
- Complimentary delivery and collection across central Dubai — hotels, residences and airports. Outlying areas may carry a delivery fee, quoted upfront.
- Additional Driver
- Additional drivers can be added on request and must provide the same documents as the primary renter.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation, refund and no-show terms are shared with every quotation so the conditions are clear before you confirm.
- Cross-Border
- Travel outside the UAE is not permitted by default. Written approval and additional insurance are required where it can be arranged.
